About Us

Rowville Basketball Club was formed in 1990 to offer kids of Rowville and Lysterfield a local, community based basketball club.

We started with 5 teams and now run over 35 teams, boys and girls, in age groups from under 8's to under 20's. Many of our under 20's players started with our club in under 8's and have been with us ever since.

We are a local basketball club that operate teams in the Dandenong associations and we do this because we want to look after the needs of as many kids and parents as possible.

We are a totally voluntary club, with over 250 children and young adults playing in grades ranging from "A" grade to "E" grade.

Rowville Basketball Club has been the starting point for many current and past, junior and senior Knox Raiders and Dandenong Rangers players.

Seasons and Games

There are 2 seasons a year, both of which run approximately 5 months.

The Dandenong association start their seasons in terms 2 & 4 and games are played on Mondays, Tuesdays & Wednesdays after school and Saturdays & Sundays, depending on age.

Fees and Uniforms

Our Fees include all association costs (except door fees), all training costs & our club trophies.

Our uniforms are made by a lady in Rowville and are charged to you direct, with no club mark-up.About our Club
